For custom orders, all items are final sale. If a mistake has been made on our part, we will be more than happy to send you a replacement. Please contact us immediately if this is the case. Many non-personalized pieces can be exchanged or returned (shipping fees apply).
If a necklace or bracelet does not fit right, please contact us immediately. If the chain is too long, it can be shortened for only the cost of shipping. If the chain is too short, there will be a fee to replace the chain or add on an extender.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 7 business days of receipt so we can handle an exchange or return if necessary. Please include your order # and reason for request of exchange or return.
